Company Expands Series A Funding to $10 mn

Pune, Apr 11 (UNI) Scentric, the makers of Scentric Destiny, the universal data classification solution across all data types for the enterprise, today announced the launch of their Pune developmemnt center.

Scentric's announcxement today coincides with the launch of its corporate identity and website www.scentric.com, following the recent expansion of its Series A finding round to .4 million from HIG Ventures, Valhalla Partners, imlay investments and ATDC.

Scentric Destiny is a new class of information and data management products aimed at helping customers deal with the converging demands of regulatory compliance and explosive data growth through Scentric's flagship solution.

Scentric Destiny, enterprises will no longer be limitted to focusing on a single data type-files, emails, or databases or be relegated to a patchwork of point solutions that often result in operational complexity and large information gaps.

In addition to being the first to provide universal data classification, Scentric Destiny is specifically built for scale and performance in large, distributed enterprise enviroments and features an innovative user interface designed to enable collaboration among business, compliance and IT managers.
