Remand of Moddu Srinu in blast case extended

Hyderabad, May 10(UNI) The ninth Metropolitan Magistrate Court of Cyberabad today extended the remand of Moddu Srinu by 14 days.

Moddu Srinu, accused in the murder of TDP MLA Paritala Ravindra was injured in the blast while making a bomb in a lodge on the outskirts of the city, was identified, following his admission to a hospital.

The court today reprimanded the police for their negligence in serving summons to the witnesses in the case. It has directed them to serve summons to all the witnesses in the case by May 24.

Further hearing of the case was adjourned to May 24.
