HSIDC to promote hospitality in industrial sector
Chandigarh, May 10 (UNI) The Haryana State Industrial Development Corporation (HSIDC) has decided to set-up 'serviced apartments', a new concept in the hospitality industry all over the world, at its Industrial Growth Center at Bawal in Faridabad.
A spokesman of HSIDC stated that a public auction would be held for the allotment of 'serviced apartment' sites. Giving details of this project he said that the ground floor of these 'serviced apartments' would be used for retail shopping and customer related businesses, courier, car rentals, cyber cafe, food courts or food express delivery counters.
The first floor would be used for party retail, dine-in restaurants, banqueting facilities, banks, ATMs, post office, health or diagnostic clinic, serviced offices and fitness centres.The second and above floors would have serviced apartments in the configuration of one, two or three bedrooms with all the common facilities and basic amenities.
The spokesman said that the auction of the sites would be held at HSIDC office at Bawal on May 19.
