New Delhi, May 10 (UNI) Lovers of international rock music in the Capital are in for a treat tomorrow evening.

For, the Air Supply rock band members' Graham Russell and Russell Hitchcock are all set to rock the city with their "trademark music".

Russell Hitchcock, the "man with the soaring tenor voice", and Graham Russell, with his "simple yet majestic songs", will perform at a concert in the National Capital Region tomorrow, as part of their All India tour.

The Air Supply India tour, 2006, being organised by Professor Arindham Chaudhry's Planman Life Group, will have the rockstar duo perform at Bangalore on May 12 and at Shillong on May 14.

It is for the first time that the rock band would be performing in India. And, despite the jet lag and the scorching heat of Delhi, Russell Hitchcock and Graham Russell, addressing reporters at a press meet here, seemed visibly excited.

''We are very excited to be in India. We have been looking forward to this moment for a long time now. Though we have visited India earlier, we would be performing live for the Indian audience for the first time and we know it is going to be amazing,''Graham Russell, the keyboardist of the band, said.

Added Russell Hitchcock, the lead vocalist of the band,''we have kind of experienced this great country during our last visit to India.

It is a wonderful nation, so diversified with beautiful people and rich culture. But what we really missed is the lip-smacking Chicken Tikka Masala. In fact, this time we want to try our hands at Dal Chawal and Aloo Gobi too.'' Speaking on the occasion, Prof Arindham Chaudhry, whose Planman Life Group had earlier brought in the hugely successful MLTR group, said,''it has been a constant endeavour of Planman life to present the best of international bands to the die-hard Indian music fans.

We sincerely acknowledge the high levels of passions and enthusiasm shown by music lover of the country and would, therefore, continue to get leading bands to perform here in India. '' Prof Chaudhry said the Planman Group has made a list of 20 International rock bands, including the popular Bruce Springsteen, in terms of their popularity among Indian music lovers.

''Over the next five years, we will get all these bands to perform in India. For us, organising such events is special since these concerts are organised with a social cause to support the cause of the Arindham Chaudhry Memorial Great Indian Dream foundation which is involved in lending its mite to various social causes,''he said.

Tomorrow's event is to be held at the Library Grounds in Gurgaon.
