3 industries to be set up in Raichur: Kumaraswamy

Raichur, May 10 (UNI) Karnataka Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy today announced that three big industries would be set up at a cost of Rs 750 crore here.

Talking to reporters here, he said industrialists had come forward to take up the projects to develop this backward area.

He informed that 100 new RTC buses would be plied in the district to cater to the needs of rural people.

Later, Mr Kumaraswamy attended a review meeting during which he was briefed about the development and welfare schemes being implemented in the district.
