Rapist beaten to death by victim's kin

Mandsaur, MP, May 9 (UNI) One person was killed and another severely injured after two youths, who kidnapped and raped a 15-year-old hailing from this district's Balodia village, were assaulted by the victim's kin, police said.

The girl was kidnapped on April 29, by Kherada village-residents Kheema Bhil and Badri Bhil. The victim's relatives lodged a police complaint.

The accused kept the girl in the jungle and raped her. The girl's father and other relatives went to the forest and brought the trio to Balodia.

The youths were beaten up and Kheema died on the spot. Badri was admitted to the district hospital.

A murder case was registered against four persons who were absconding.
