Mrinal Sattawala appointed COO of Patni Computer

Mumbai, May 9: Mr Mrinal Sattawala has been designated as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Patni Computer Systems Ltd. with effect from May 4, 2006, the company informed the BSE today.

He will have overall responsibility for operations of the business units of the company and will report to Mr. Naren Patni, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Patni Computer Systems.
