HC dismisses PIL challenging Sonia's citizenship

New Delhi, May 9: The Delhi High Court today dismissed a PIL challenging the citizenship of Congress president Sonia Gandhi and her son Rahul Gandhi.

Calling the PIL "frivolous", a bench of Acting Chief Justice Vijender Jain and Justice S N Agrawal also imposed fine of Rs 10,000 on advocate Milap Choraria for filing a "frivolous" litigation.
