GV films ventures into audio cassettes, CDs business

Mumbai, May 9 (UNI) GV Films Ltd. will be foraying into the audio industry business by releasing cassettes and CDs under the brand name of GV Sonic, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) today.

The products will be released by the company for both its own productions as also for audio or other producers, the company's communique to the BSE stated.

The audio industry business is not new to the management of the company as Ms Usha Venkatramani, one of the promoters of the company, has been in the audio industry with audio cassettes business being her main forte.

The company recently released the audio cassettes and CD for its own production ''Kai Vantha Kalai'' with five songs composed by Mr Vairamuthu and music by Mr Dheena.
