Governor congratulates civil services topper from Maharashtra

Mumbai, May 9 (UNI) Maharashtra Governor S M Krishna has congratulated civil services examination topper from Maharashtra, Dr Ashiwini Madhukar Joshi.

Dr Joshi topped the civil services examination for 2005 conducted by the Union Public Service Commission from the state.

In a congratulatory message to Dr Joshi, who hails from Ratnagari district, Mr Krishna wished her a ''successful and rewarding tenure'' in the civil services.
