Satyam, partners with Danish company NNIT to implement SAP solutions

New Delhi, May 8 (UNI) Satyam Computer Services Ltd, a global consulting and IT services provider, today signed a strategic partnership deal with Denmark's NNIT, for the implementation of new SAP solutions as well as support and development of existing ones.

The partnership combines NNIT's regional SAP experience and a unique knowledge about the pharmaceutical industry with Satyam's strong global SAP experience and offshore development centres in India, the US, UK, UAE, Canada, Hungary, Malaysia, Singapore, China, Japan and Australia.

Speaking on the deal, Satyam Scandinavia Regional Director Mukund Grag said, ''Satyam clearly has the largest and deepest SAP practice at present. Our track record and client references underscore our long-term investment in this area. Satyam will continue to invest in SAP and partnerships like the one with NNIT, to maintain a lead in this area.'' NNIT and Satyam are already working together on projects for pharmaceutical customers.

NNIT is one of Denmark's leading consultancies in IT development, implementation and operations and is owned by Novo Nordisk A/S.
