Heat wave death toll in UP touches 24, 3 die in Bihar
New Delhi, May 8 (UNI) Six heat wave deaths were reported from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar during the last 24 hours even as hot and dusty winds blew across Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh today.
Three more deaths took the toll to 24 in Uttar Pradesh while three people, including a child, died of heatstroke in Bihar's Nawada district Meanwhile, the holy Amarnath cave in south Kashmir experienced fresh snowfall.
