Govt extends services of Kashmiri migrant teachers
New Delhi, May 8 (UNI) The Delhi Government today decided to extend the services of 230 Kashmiri migrant teachers working in schools being run by the state Education Directorate.
The state cabinet took the decision in view of hardships being faced by Kashmiri migrant families, an official statement said.
As many as 180 Kashmiri migrant TGTs and 50 migrant PGTs have been working with the Directorate since 1994-95. Their terms had expired on March 31.
