Four countrymade arms seized in Gujarat

Jamnagar, May 7 (UNI) Police today seized four country made firearms and arrested four persons in this connection from Pirlakhasar village, about 70 kms from here.

According to the police sources, officials of local crime branch and Khambhalia police stations in a joint operation, conducted raids at several places in the village and seized four firearms and arrested four persons.

Those arrested were identified as Habib Siddiqi Khafi, Hussain Ali Khafi, Firoz Noor Mohammed and Abdul Ahmed Khifa.

Police has registered a case under Arms Prohibition Act and further investigations are on.
