Three of family die in roof collapse

Chandigarh, May 6 (UNI) An aged couple and their grandchild died when the roof of their house in the Bapu Dham Colony here collapsed last night, police today said.

The three were sleeping when the tragedy ocurred.

Police have registered a case and the investigations were on.

The Chandigarh Administration authorities have announced an ex gratia of Rs 50,000 to the bereaved family.
