Ravi K Passi appointed as NCDPD CO Chairman
Noida, May 6 (UNI) Handicrafts and textiles products' exporter Ravi K. Passi has been unanimously elected as Co-Chairman of the National Centre for Design and Product Development (NCDPD), suceeding M L Sharma of M/s Emen Export House.
Ravi K Passi is associated with Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts: (EPCH) and has served as its Chairman for two years. Mr Passi is also one of the Directors of India Exposition Mart Ltd. and Chairman of its Project Execution Committee (PEC).
NCDPD is an autonomous industry led body set up by EPCH jointly with the Ministry of Textiles under the Chairmanship of Development Commissioner (Handicrafts) in ex-officio capacity in 1999. It is a non-profit organisation established with a view to provide design and product development support to the exporters from handicrafts and textiles sectors.
