Second rebel faction rejects Darfur peace deal
ABUJA, May 5 (Reuters) One arm of the Sudan Liberation Army (SLA), one of three rebel factions in Sudan's western Darfur region, said today it would not sign the African Union peace accord.
It was the second group to reject the amended peace plan, which the rival Justice and Equality Movement (JEM) earlier said it would not sign unless fundamental changes were made.
