Govt committed to provide reservation to Muslims: Reddy
Hyderabad, May 5 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Government had committed to provide five per cent reservation for Muslims and all out efforts were being put forth for its implementation, Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy said today.
Dr Reddy said here a senior Advocate of Supreme Court, Shakeel Ahmed is being appointed, exclusively to monitor the issue, on day-to-day basis.
Earlier the Chief Minister was apprised on the up-to-date development of the issue by the Advocate General C V Mohan Reddy, an official release said UNI SM KVV SI RN1954
