Body of youth killed in mine blast brought to Kochi
Kochi, May 5 (UNI) The body of P K Siby, who was killed in a mine blast on the Kuwait-Iraq border on Monday, was brought here for the final rites.
The body was received by Siby's elder brother and relatives at the Cochin International Airport after it was brought in a Kuwaiti Airlines flight early this morning.
The body was kept for a couple of hours at his house at Karuvelipady in the city suburbs to enable the relatives and others to pay homage. It was later taken to his native place at Kothamangalam for funeral, slated for tomorrow.
He had worked as a trailer driver with a Kuwaiti-based firm having in Iraq.
