BJP to raise Tata DTH issue in Parliament
Tiruchirapalli, May 5 (UNI) Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) All India Secretary Bandaru Dattatreya today said the party would raise the Tata DTH controversy, involving Union Minister for Communication and Information Technology Dayanidhi Maran, in Parliament after the May eight Assembly elections.
Addressing mediapersons here, Mr Dattatreya said Prime Minister Manmohan Singh was keeping mum even after the allegations surfaced and sought to know the reason for his silence.
He said Dr Singh had no moral right to speak about corruption-free government as he had not accepted BJP Leader L K Advani's demand for a high-level probe into the issue and changing the Minister's portfolio.
