Aerens Goldsouk to open 100 souks in 100 mths

New Delhi, May 5: Aerens Goldsouk International Ltd., pioneers of India's first exclusive jewellery mall, today announced its plans of opening 100 Gold Souks in 100 cities in India and abroad in the next 100 months.

The 100 Gold Souks will be opened in a phased manner with the first phase targetting Ludhiana, Amritsar, Jaipur, Kochi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Kolkata and other cities across India.

The company will also mark its foray in the international market with the launch of such souks in USA, UK, Canada, UAE, Thailand and China.

The first Gold Souk was launched in Gurgaon, in the National Capital Region in 2004, which houses leading jewellers from all over the country and abroad under one roof and the Souk is today the ultimate destination for jewellery shopping.

The gold souks in Ludhiana, Jaipur and Kochi will be operational by 2007 and in Amritsar and Chennai by 2008.
