SBI Dy Manager found dead in her Varca house in South Goa

Panaji, May 4 (UNI) State Bank of India (SBI) Deputy Manager of Margao branch Filimena Lopez (56) was found dead today at her Verca residence in South Goa.

The body, withe extensive injuries on the head lying in a pool of blood was first discovered by the home maid who found the door of the house open this morning.

The body has been sent for an autopsy.

The deceased's husband who works with ONGC was here two days ago and had already left for Gulf when the tragedy occured.

Police are yet to identify the suspect and find out the motive behind the murder. Further investigations are on, South District Police Superintendent S M Prabhudesai said.
