Jet Airways to give consultancy services to Sahara Airlines

New Delhi, May 4 (UNI) Senior Jet Airways executives will give consultancy services to the Sahara Airlines under an agreement reached today between the two private carriers.

Jet Airways, which is to acquire Sahara Airlines next month,will assist its management in improving its overall performance and customer service as well as promote its interests in India and abroad, according to the airlines.

The Consultancy Agreement follows the understanding reached between the two airlines in March extending the validity of the share purchase agreement signed in January by 90 days.

Dale Moss, the Chief Operating Officer of Jet Airways, will guide and lead the consultancy team that includes senior Jet Airways officials like its Vice President (Marketing) Gaurang Shetty and Vice President (Flight Operations) Capt. K Mohan.
