Contempt notice to agriculture director

Allahabad, May 4 (UNI) Allahabad High Court today issued contempt notice to Sabhajeet Tiwari, Director, agriculture, adminstration and pension section, Krishi Bhawan, Lucknow for non-compliance of an order.

The order was passed by Justice D P Singh on a contempt petition filed by Bhuwan Chandra Mishra of Allahabad.

The petitioner had claimed in spite of court order, Tiwari did not decide ON his representation concerning his family pension.
