Century textiles expands its denim capacity by 10 mn metres

Mumbai, May 04 (UNI) Century textiles has completed the expansion of its denim plant at Satarati near Indore in Madhya pradesh by enhancing its manufacturing capacity by 10 million metres per annum of qualtiy denim.

The total capacity of the plant would now be 21 million metres per annum. The new plant for manufacturing denim including value added fabrics was commissioned in March, 2006.

Modernisation and technological upgradation programmes have also been taken-up in all the units of the company to maintain competitiveness and achieve better quality. And stringent cost control measures are being implemented in all possible areas.
