13 Bangladeshis apprehended in Samba sector
Jammu, May 4 (UNI) The Border Security Force (BSF) apprehended 13 Bangladeshi nationals, including one women at Paharpur area of Samba sector while they were trying to ex-filtrate to Pakistan.
An official spokesperson told UNI today that the Bangladeshis were apprehended last night. BSF recovered 561 Bangladeshi taka and rupees 16 in Indian currency from them.
The spokesperson said that this was the fourth attempt of Bangladeshi nationals to cross over to Pakistan this month. BSF had apprehended three Bangladeshis each in two different incidents of ex-filtrations in chicken neck area on May 1.
On May 2, seven Bangladeshis were arrested in Samba sector, the spokesman added.
