SSPL launches global in-car entertainment brands in India
Bangalore, May 3 (UNI) The SSPL, the wholly owned subsidiary of Dubai-based Gulf Wireless and Television Co. LLC, a market leader in the field of retailing and distribution of various car audio and video brands, has launched India's first national distribution network of global in-car entertainment brands.
Addressing newspersons here today, SSPL, India, CEO Michael Khare said the company had launched a national multi-brand distribution network, targeted at providing Indian car enthusiasts the best in-car entertainment technologies from a host of global brands.
He said the SSPL network, based in Bangalore, would extend across 20 other states in the country, offering a wide portfolio of products, ranging from entry-level speakers and ampifliers to quality accessories and high-end in-car entertainment systems.
Mr Khare said the company had also opened its first concept experience store in the city, showcasing a host of leading global manufacturers, exclusively represented by SSPL in the country.
He exuded confidence that with its range of quality products, the company would churn out business worth Rs 10 crore within a year and touch Rs 50 crore in the third year of operations.
SSPL Managing Director Shoby Sebastian said that Gulf Wireless and Television had considerable experience and expertise in building effective in-car entertainment solutions network in the competitive Middle East Market.
The company would like to leverage its experience in creating India's first distribution network of comprehensive car entertainment products. As brand representatives to a host of international ear entertainment product manufacturers in India, SSPL was committed to make large investments in sales, service and marketing programmes to extend the best car entertainment experiences to the Indian consumers, he added.
