Reliance Natural Resources Board to consider issue of FCCBs

Mumbai, May 3 (UNI) Reliance Natural Resources Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on May 10, to consider raising long term resources by issue of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) in the international markets, at a premium to the prevailing market price of the equity shares of the company, subject to necessary permissions, sanctions, approvals and applicable provisions of law..

Currently, the shares of the company are traded between Rs 27 to Rs 32 on the BSE.
