Pak capital to have a new cricket stadium to host 2011 WC
Lahore, May 3 (UNI) Islamambad will have a new stadium to host the 2011 Cricket World Cup which will be hosted jointly by India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Shaharyar Khan told reporters here that a ''new brand'' stadium will be built in the Pakistan capital city to stage matches for the mega event.
He said the sitting capacity of the stadia at Lahore, Karachi and Rawalpindi will also be increased.
