AP has no plans to seek ADB assistance: Rosiah
Hyderabad, May 3 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Finance Minister K Rosaiah today clarified that the state government had no plans to borrow money from the Asian Development Bank for the present.
Talking to the media here, he said there were no projects on hand which needed ADB assistance.
Answering questions about the ongoing 39th annual meeting of the Board of Governors of the ADB here, Mr Rosaiah said the state government was playing the host and was overseeing the entire event.
He however said the government was not seeking any assistance from the Bank. Stating that national needs would take precedence in the meeting, he said the government would however explore the possibilities of attracting investments to the state.
