Systimax sets up Centre in Bangalore
Bangalore, May 2 (UNI) World leader in structured connectivity solutions, Systimax solutions today announced its plans to set up a Executive Briefing Centre (EBC) in the city in June to tap the fast growing IT and telecom sector in the country.
Talking to newspersons here, CommScope Executive Vice President Randall Crenshaw said the opening of the EBC in Bangalore was an affirmation of the company's commitment and faith in India's potential as the next global economic power house.
EBC would provide CommScope customers, BusinessPartners and media information about end-to-end connectivity solutions --copper, Fibre, patching and Wireless offerings, available to support an interprise organisation's long-term IT infrastructural requirements.
Some of the latest world class technologies and products would be on view at the EBC. They included iPatch@ System for real time data centre infrastructure management and preterminated fibre connectivity solutions, besides G2 system that were designed for data centre connectivity.
Mr Crenshaw said India played a key role in the Company's business strategy. It was one of the fastest growing markets in the country.
He said Indian technology market was also expected to show impressive growths. Ranked as the 21st highest IT spender in 2003, India was expected to move upto the 14th position in 2008, he added.
