Reclassification of authorised share capital approved

Mumbai, May 2 (UNI) Reliance Communication Ventures Ltd today informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, has approved the reclassification of Authorised Share Capital by reclassifying 100 crore unclassified shares of Rs 5 each into equity shares of Rs 5 each.

The Authorised Share Capital of the Company now is Rs 1500 crore consisting of 300 crore equity shares of Rs 5 each.
