Rajiv Madhok new executive director of Mahabank

Pune, May 2 (UNI) Former General Manager Oriential Bank of Commerce Rajiv Madhok, has taken over charge of Pune-based Bank of Maharashtra as Executive Director.

Before being appointed to his new post, Mr Madhok was General Manager, Treasury, International Banking and Investor Relations at Oriential Bank of Commerce.

An Economic honours student, Mr Madhok started his career in Oriental Bank of Commerce in 1970. Apart from successfully handling various responsible posts, he successfully led the integration of operations of erstwhile Global Trust Bank which was merged into Oriental Bank of Commerce in 2004 under the amalgamation scheme.

Mr Madhok has attended various training programmes in different disciplines at various institutes of repute in India and abroad.

Mr Madhok was given a warm welcome in an informal function held at 'Lokmangal'- the head office of Bank of Maharashtra, by the bank's Chairman and Managing Director M D Mallya and othjer general managers today.
