Rain, gale brings respite to people of Gulbarga

Gulbarga, May 2 (UNI) Unexpected showers this evening brought respite to the people of the city reeling under scorching sun for the last ten days.

Heavy wind blew across the city for over two hours, causing disruption in power supply.

The city had been experiencing high temperatures with the mercury soaring to 41 degrees celsius in the last ten days.
