Police recover 200 cartons of illicit liquor

New Delhi, May 2 (UNI) Police have recovered 200 cartons of illicit liquor and arrested two people from West Delhi.

Police said the liquor was being transported in a car from Haryana to be sold in Delhi.

Driver Shohrat Ali (30) and his helper Ramphal (28) were arrested from Patel Nagar and the vehicle seized.

During interrogation the Shohrat revealed that the illicit liqiour was being smuggled by Ravinder who is based in Rohtak, Haryana.
