Police busts racket of pirated text books
New Delhi, May 2 (UNI) Police today claimed to have busted a racket of pirated text books with the arrest of two people from East Delhi.
Gianchand and Daleep Sharma were arrested yesterday for selling, preparing and supplying pirated books of ninth and tenth standard from Geeta Colony.
Police recovered a huge quantity text books of various subjects including Maths, Hindi and Sanskrit of CBSE and NCERT, 1,920 bound books, 900 unbounded books worth 1.50 lakh, one printing machine worth Rs 3 lakh and one book stitching machine.
