Man kills his family members

Bangalore, May 2 (UNI) In a gruesome incident, a man murdered three members of his family, including a six-month-old daughter, at Gondichatna village in Shimoga district of Karnataka today.

Police said Srinivas committed the crime as he had suffered heavy loss in the chit business run by him.

While he crushed to death his mother Manjamma (45) by hitting her with a stone, he stranguled to death his wife Deepa (25) and daughter Vidyalakshmi.

Srinivas was arrested.
