Jet's frequent flyer plan bags award

New Delhi, May 2: Jet Airways' frequent flyer programme JetPrivilege was honoured at 18th Freddie awards ceremony held recently at the Four Points by Sheraton Los Angeles International Airport.

The airline won the coveted award in the best customer service and best bonus promotion categories for the region Japan, Pacific, Asia and Australia.

Jet Privilege scored an average of over 8.5 on a scale of 1 to 10, and close to 49.5 per cent of popular votes in the best customer service category. Jet Airways was recognised for its generosity and innovativeness in best bonus promotion category, with two of its promotions occupying the top spots.

The airline currently operates a fleet of 43 classic and next generation Boeing 737-400/700/800/900 aircraft, three A340-300 E aircraft and eight modern ATR72-500 turboprop aircraft. About 30,000 passengers travel daily on its 320 flights to 48 destinations.
