India, Dubai to be linked by ferry services

Dubai, May 2 : Greek shipping companies will soon introduce superfast ferry services to India from Qatar, Deputy Finance Minister of Greece, Peter Doucos said.

The ferry services will also carry trucks and cars apart from passengers, informed a minister who is currently on a visit to the Qatari capital of Doha.

Greece has the world's best and largest commercial shipping industry and its members are keen to enter Qatar through joint ventures, said another official.
