Fire erupts in Iraq's oil ministry

BAGHDAD, May 2 (Reuters) A fire erupted in Iraq's Ministry of Oil today and badly damaged two floors, police sources said.

The cause of the blaze was not immediately clear. The sources said the second and third floors were heavily damaged.

Insurgents sometimes fire mortar bombs at the nearby Ministry of Interior.
