Deshmukh condoles bus accident victims, announces assistance

Mumbai, May 2 (UNI) Maharashtra Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh today announced financial assistance of Rs one lakh to the relatives of the 15 people who were killed in the bus accident at China bridge, in Thane district this afternoon.

In an official release issued here, Mr Deshmukh expressed grief over the death of the bus passengers.

He also said the injured would be given assistance of Rs 15,000 each.
