Delimitation: Somwarpet bandh tomorrow

Madikeri, Karnataka, May 2 : Several organisations have given a bandh call in Somwarpet tomorrow to protest against the Delimitation Commission's recommendation to dissolve Somwarpet Assembly constituency.

The call was given at a meeting, chaired by Action Committee Convener K G Suresh, yesterday. Condemning the move, the meeting called upon the people to join the protest.

The Committee had decided to block all highways linking bordering towns like Kushalnagar, Kodlipet and Hebbale.
