Woman claims to be Suryanaryana's second wife, seeks assistance
Hyderabad, May 1 (UNI) A woman claiming to be the second wife of K Suryanarayana, who was executed by Taliban in Afghanistan, today urged the government to provide assistance to her and her eight-month baby girl Nitisha.
Speaking to newspersons here, Ms Swapna said she got married to Suryanarayana about four years ago and he was the sole bread winner for the family.
She neither had financial support from her parents nor any assets to support her family.
Claiming that Suryanarayana's family members were not allowing her to attend the funeral, Ms Swapna said she wanted to pay respects to the dead body of her husband which will be brought here this evening.
