Eleven killed in road accident in Orissa

Sambalpur, May 1 (UNI) At least eleven people were killed in an accident late last night near Ambpali under Sasan police station, about 20 km away from here.

Police today said the family members were returning from Brajrajnagar when they met with an accident.

The victims were residents of Bareipali in Sambalpur town and Jamshedpur in Jharkhand, police added.

All the eleven people died on the spot. However, the driver managed to escape.
