Congress workers take out protest march against 'Krishi Mahotsav'

Surat, May 1 (UNI) A group of Congress workers took out a protest march at Saniya Kanade village in Choriyasi taluka of this district to register their protest against the Krishi Mahotsav, which was organised by the Gujarat government on the auspicious occasion of 'Akshaya Tritiya' yesterday.

The march was led by taluka Congress president Ramesh Patel and district panchayat member Arun Patel.

The mahotsav was inaugurated by District Collector Vatsalsa Vasudev.
