In his letter to the Governor, the chief spokesman of state Congress Prem Chandra Mishra said Mr Mishra still continue to be the Additional Director of L.N.Mishra Institute of Business Management, violating the constitutional provision that debarred any legislator to hold office of profit.

Mr Mishra alleged that telephone bills of the minister were being paid by the institute.
