Mangalore Chemicals' Board recommends dividend

Mumbai, Apr 29 (UNI) The Board of Directors of Mangalore Chemicals&Fertilizers Ltd., today informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), that it has recommended a dividend of six per cent for the financial year 2005-2006 on the equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing AGM of the company.

The board of directors of the company also appointed Mr N Sunder Rajan as an Additional Director with effect from April 28, to hold office upto the next Annual General Meeting of the company, it stated.
