Pune, Apr 29 (UNI) The newly formed Jan Morcha will decide in due course whether to include 'reservation' on its agenda, former Prime Minister V P Singh today said.

''My views on reservation are well known. However, we have to sit down and discuss the issue with all members,'' Mr Singh told reporters after attending the seventh annual convocation of the Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University here.

Asked when it was likely to happen, the former Prime Minister, who had actively supported the Mandal Commission recommendations during his Prime Ministership, said ''it would be in due course of time.'' Mr Singh was a special guest in the absence of Union Human Resources Development Minister Arjun Singh at the convocation where his grand daughter was awarded gold medal in the LLB course.

Meanwhile, University Grants Commission Chairman Shivaji Thorat urged educational institutions and students to take a positive attitude and shun resentment on the issue of reservations to help the neglected sections of society.
