Shimla, Apr 29 (UNI) The Himachal Pradesh unit of the Congress today termed the BJP's ''Bharat Suraksha Yatra'' led by its president Rajnath Singh as ''Flop Show'' in the state, saying it evoked no response from the common man.

Addressing a press conference here, HPCC General Secretary and party spokesman, Kuldeep Singh Rathore, alleged that the ''Bharat Suraksha Yatra'' brought to the fore the factionalism within BJP instead of giving any concrete message.

Questioning the purpose of the Yatra, he said the 'country's security' and 'integrity' was 'fully secured' under the Congress-led UPA government's tenure unlike the threat faced by the country during the NDA regime.

''It was in the NDA regime that the country was exposed to Kargil War, faced an attack on the Parliament and Akshardham Temple, besides the rampant corruption in defence scam, telecom scam, UTI scam and the coffin scam.'' Mr Rathore said the BJP had given the slogans of ''Feel Good'' and ''India Shinning'' that was rejected by the public.

The NDA government even failed to strengthen the well-established foreign policy of the country and did not implement even one policy for the welfare of the agriculturists, he said.
