Jhansi stays hottest in UP at 43 degree

Lucknow, Apr 28 (UNI) Sweltering heat continued to cast its shadow on human life in Uttar Pradesh during the last 24 hours also, with central district of Jhansi staying hottest at 43.1 degree celsius.

State Weather Department told UNI that Jhansi recorded the highest maximum of 43.1 degree during the last 24 hours, which was two degree above normal.

The maximums across the state continued to stay above normal levels with the capital city recording a temperature of 38.4 degree.

The weatherman has forecast light showers/ thunder showers during the next 24 hours accompanied by thunder-storm over the next 24 hours.
